We’re looking for an enthusiastic riding coach with strong foundations, a natural ability to teach and a genuine desire to develop their coaching career. We believe excellent rider education starts with excellent horse welfare. Our approach is built around three principles:​

THE ROLE

You’ll coach children and adults across a range of levels, helping riders become confident, capable and thoughtful horse people. You’ll work with well-schooled horses in excellent facilities, contribute to our structured riding programs and continue developing your own coaching and horsemanship.

• Strong foundations in riding and horsemanship

• A natural ability to teach and connect with people

• High standards of horse welfare and rider safety

• Enthusiasm, reliability and willingness to learn

• A genuine desire to grow as a coach

If you're enthusiastic, reliable, curious and keen to learn you'll be a great fit for our team.  Equestrian  Australia or international accreditation is welcome, but you don't need to have completed your coaching qualifications. We can support the right person to continue their professional development and EA training.

WHY PARKLANDS?

Parklands isn't a high-volume riding school. Our programs are deliberately structured around quality rather than quantity. Lessons are thoughtful and progressive, groups are small, and our horses' wellbeing determines how we work. Our horses are professionally schooled, live socially on pasture, work a maximum of two lessons a day and receive regular schooling and breaks.

You'll have:

• $80,000 + 12% super FTE, pro-rata for part-time hours

• Professional development and EA training opportunities
